General Election Results For Caithness, Sutherland & Easter Ross

At the General Election in Caithness, Sutherland & Easter Ross on 6th May 2010, 28768 votes were cast (approximately 61% of the total number of eligible voters) with the following result:

41.4%

John Thurso (Liberal Democrats): 11907 votes (-9.1%).

24.6%

John Mackay (Labour): 7081 votes (+3.7%).

19.2%

Jean Urquhart (Scottish National Party): 5516 votes (+5.8%).

13%

Alastair Graham (Conservative): 3744 votes (+2.8%).

1.8%

James Campbell (Independent Candidate): 520 votes (+1.8%).
