Thurso Renews Call for Public Debate on Windfarms

Far North MP John Thurso has again called upon the Scottish Executive and Highland Council to initiate a public debate on windfarm development and attempt to set out by zoning those areas which were most appropriate for development and those areas less appropriate for development, taking into account all of the factors - efficiency on the one hand, and on the other, impact both on people and the environment.
